Mtre Érika Fontaine-Quintin

After completing her law studies at the University of Sherbrooke, Ms. Fontaine-Quintin became a member of the Quebec Bar in 2016.

During her practice, she has worked primarily in labor law, both in private firms and parapublic and government organizations. Coming from a rural background herself, she returned to the regions. Sharing the daily reality of her farming spouse, Ms. Fontaine-Quintin developed a curiosity for agricultural law and joined the AgriLégal team.

As part of her practice, she assists agricultural producers in their dealings with the CPTAQ (municipal zoning), the Régie des marchés agricoles, and the common law courts.
