Mtre Madeleine Lemieux

Mtre Lemieux has extensive experience, particularly in agricultural law, professional law, and ethics, spanning over 40 years. She has successfully completed numerous mandates related to the marketing of agricultural products, the issues of which have set precedents in Quebec.

Ms. Lemieux regularly leads major cases before the Régie des marchés agricoles and serves as an administrative decision-maker, notably at the Chambre de sécurité financière.

Ms. Lemieux's career has also been distinguished by her involvement in the legal community: she was President of the Quebec Bar, chaired the board of directors of the Quebec Bar's Professional Liability Insurance Fund, and teaches at the Bar's Professional Training School.

She is committed to the next generation of legal professionals and mentoring, and she serves as legal counsel and mentor to Ms. Ammerlaan.
